Introduction

This counter machine is self developed by Hawkvis for counting the quantity of corrugated sheet boards in stack. It adopts industrial CCD camera to scan the corrugated side of the stack, recognize the flutes and count the numbers based on our deep learning powered algorithms.

Industry’s Pain points

Corrugated sheet boards are sold based on quantity, so accurate number is essential.Quantity discrepancy can happen during production,warehousing and transportation which is hard to trace and producers have to take the loss.The critical point is that it is too difficult to count the numbers by human.

Technical Advantages

Anti Misalignment

There are misalignment of boards inevitably. If it is serious, the misalignments will affect the image capture and counting accuracy.

Hawkvis designed elastic imager module, which monitors stack side and follow the stack side curve for better image capture. It works even with   +/-100mm misalignment in cardboards.

Anti Damages & Foreign Objects

There are occasionally damages and foreign objects in the stack side, which affect the counting accuracy.

Hawkvis adopts large view and multi-search mode, and overcome the interference of damages and foreign objects, and ensure counting accuracy.
